Evernote is a cloud-based note-taking application which syncs across your devices.

KT doesn’t love it but for CB it is an old friend.

For copywriters, Evernote is good for:

  • Writing and storing blurbs for templates (or screenshots of blurbs)
  • Interviews with clients – audionote function as well.
  • Writing drafts.
  • Tweets and Facebook posts can be automatically shared straight to an Evernote.
  • Search function. Install the chrome extension. It suggests topics back to you.
  • Checklists
  • To-do lists
  • Calendars
  • You can send things directly from your email inbox to Evernote

Q. How do you find information?

  • CB uses a text search.
  • Tags allow her to categorise things.

Q. Does it integrate with other tools?
A. Xapier – an amazing tool

Whatever tool you use, it’s only as good as your usage. You need to commit to one tool and use it in a way that works for you.
