I needed to invent a new term for both my book and the program that included the words ‘passive income’ but made it super clear that it was digital product-based. I struggled to create something snappy or a phrase that abbreviated into a sexy little acronym. ADPIP was the best I could come up with.

Despite what you read online, digital downloads, courses, memberships, and masterminds are not going to make you overnight millionaires and often those sharing their miraculous success are either stretching the truth or have done a lot behind the scenes to get there.
I have made millions via my courses, but it’s been over years, not months.
I wouldn’t always recommend this program to those who do not have at least a basic understanding of digital marketing. We won’t be starting right at the beginning, so if tools like Canva scare you and you’re not sure what email platform you’re using, then this probably isn’t a good fit.
The product you create in this program, could be valued at $3k or more.
You’ll only need to sell one to cover the cost of this program, but you’re going to sell many more than that.
The goal of this program
In this program I share the exact roadmap for taking your existing skills and turning them into digital assets. It’s not a smug, chest-beaty play-by-play of my success – instead, it’s an honest, realistic plan for how to create your success.
This is a live, guided and supported program with me, Kate Toon. I’ll be there every step of the way to show you what to do and keep you accountable. Not only that but you’ll have a community of other eager humans on the same journey.

How it works
We’ll work through the book ‘Six Figures While You Sleep’ together. I wrote it literally as a manual on how to build your own Automated Digital Passive Income Product, and we’ll follow the steps outline to passive income success.
So each month we’ll:
- Read through the relevant chapter
- Use the work book to complete the tasks
- Chat about your questions in four hour-long sessions
There will also be expert coaching and tutorials to help you get it all done.

Here are my real combined revenue figures for all my ADPIPS (I know, how vulnerable) so you can see how it’s all panned out. From 2018 I had no clients.

A few things to note from this list:
- I was ticking along fine as a freelance copywriter, making around $150k a year with minimal expenses.
- I kept things steady when I created the Clever Copywriting School and my Recipe course in 2015, but it wasn’t easy.
- Back in 2016 I didn’t have any extra hours as I had a 5-year-old, so instead I had to reduce my workload, and it had a big impact on my revenue.
- It took a while for my passive income projects to take over, and it wasn’t until two years later in around 2018 I really saw the rewards. My revenue jumped up by over 100% and I was able to stop taking on clients all together.
- My revenue hit an all-time high in 2021, but this is partly because one launch of Recipe went into 2021, rather than the 2022 financial year.
- 2023 wasn’t quite as profitable. This was partly due to COVID but also because when I hit a million, I decided I’d hit that milestone and intentionally set my budget for 100k less the following year, so I could work less and travel more.
My business, and most businesses, are not always rapidly increasing lines upwards. There will be quieter years, hard years, investment years. My goal is a reliable consistent income and longevity without burning out and I set revenue goals that help me achieve this.
The potential profit
While most entrepreneurs live in revenue land, I live in net profit land. Net profit – sometimes known as net income – is the amount of money your business earns after deducting all expenses. That includes all costs of goods sold (COGS), fixed costs, interest, salaries, taxes – the whole kit and kaboodle.
While a good profit margin for a small business might be around 10-15%, with ADPIPs you can achieve much higher.
Here’s how my profit has changed over the last few years.
Why isn’t it higher you might ask? Well because I like to play in my business. I run events which have terrible profit margins and drag the figures down; I experiment with new marketing tactics. I wasted a lot of money on Facebook ads.

When can I sign up to the program?
The program opens for sign ups on Tuesday 26th May 2026 at 10am Sydney time and will close again on Friday 5th June 2026 at 5pm Sydney time.
When does the program start?
At this stage, the date of the next round of the program hasn’t been finalised however will likely be in the first quarter of 2027.
When are the program calls (group review sessions) held?
The program calls are generally scheduled for Wednesdays at 1pm Sydney time, however this may occasionally change. Calls are held weekly except during the ‘Build Your ADPIP (Solo)’ module.
Do I already need to have an idea for my passive income product before I start the program?
No. We’ll work through this in the first weeks of the course.
Do I need to have read the book before I start the program?
No. We’ll work through it together.
Does the program include a copy of the book?
No.
What if I want to stop half way through?
The program is a seven-month commitment; if you decide you want to stop, we will still bill you for the remaining months.
How many hours per month will I need to set aside for the sessions and course work?
You’ll need to set aside time to read the book, attend the live sessions and also do the implementation. It’s hard for me to qualify the exact time but I’d say at least five hours a week. We’ll discuss where the heck to find this time in the early weeks of the program.
Is the course tax deductible?
Of course.
If I need support during the course what’s the best way to ask for it?
We’ll have 4 x 1 hour calls per month where you can ask me (Kate) question about your progress, as well as expert training sessions.
You can also get support from other members in the Facebook community.
I, of course, am not offering individual one-on-one support in this program – it’s a group coaching program, but if you need to, you can book additional time with me.
How long do I have access to the program content?
